We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Shopping and Orders
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Afterpay. Payment is made using Paypal, Afterpay or credit card. Credit cards LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN accepts include Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be processed as soon as your order has been submitted. In the event that your order cannot be filled – a refund for the full purchase amount will be processed immediately.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can if you email info@lucknowskinshop.com.au or you can call the store on 0263655330.
If the parcel has already been shipped then returns process can be followed, how ever shipping costs will not be refunded.
Delivery and Shipping
How long does shipping take?
When estimating the delivery time of your goods please consider the following:
- Order processing will not commence until credit card authorisation and address verification has occurred.
- Please allow at least 1-4 days for your Order to arrive in the post. Where possible we will try to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase if purchased by 14.00, but, this will vary depending on the quantity of orders at any given time.
- Orders which are placed over the Weekend or on a Public Holiday will not be processed until the next business day, at the earliest. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding NSW Public Holidays.
- Please note when completing your order form to include a valid Street Number, Suburb, Post Code and Phone Number. Orders cannot be processed without this information, and LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN will not be held responsible for any delays incurred because of this missing data.
- Please be sure to provide an address that will be attended when delivery occurs. LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN primarily uses Australia Post to deliver our products. In the best interest and safety of your order - please consider sending your parcel to a location that is occupied between the working hours of 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping can be arranged via direct contact with the store. Please email your inquiry directly to info@lucknowskinshop.com.au
Please note we are unable to ship Blundstone products internationally.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
At LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN we will happily exchange for unsuitable items where notice of the intention to return item has been emailed to info@lucknowskinshop.com.au
If we are contacted outside the 7 day limit, LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN may refuse any requests for exchange.
Items exchanged will be exchanged at the retail prices/values that were effective on the date of the original transaction. Full refunds are only available on faulty items or if the item does not fit. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are unable to exchange. For any exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN at the customer’s expense & a return prepaid express post pack must be included for new items to be returned to you. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN and deemed a manufacturers fault, and not in its state due to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new and unused condition, and sent along with original email invoice.
How do I request a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, it may be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase if the item is unworn and in its original condition/packaging. (Given that the purchase is in keeping with our returns policy). When we receive it and have reviewed the item we will provide you with an exchange or refund. Exchanges/Returns are to be returned at the customers own expense to the following address: LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN, PO Box 8280, Orange East, NSW, 2800.
