Returns & Exchanges

At LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN we will happily exchange for unsuitable items where notice of the intention to return item has been emailed to info@lucknowskinshop.com.au within 7 days of delivery.

If we are contacted outside the 7 day limit, LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN may refuse any requests for exchange.

Items exchanged will be exchanged at the retail prices/values that were effective on the date of the original transaction. Full refunds are only available on faulty items or if full priced items do not fit. Where a sale item has been purchased, customers are unable to exchange. For any exchanges or returns, product must be posted back to LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN at the customer’s expense & a return prepaid express post pack must be included for new items to be returned to you. In the event of a faulty item, once the product has been received back at LUCKNOW SKIN SHOP & BOOT BARN and deemed a manufacturers fault, and not in its state due to wear and tear, we will refund the postage amount incurred if you include a receipt with the product.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is in new and unused condition, and sent along with original email invoice.
